On the current Standard VPS, Ubuntu 18.04 template is not available, unfortunately. This is because of the older kernel version on these VPS.
However, at the beginning of the Autumn this year we are planning to upgrade the Standard VPS's virtualization with newer kernel version and then Ubuntu 18.04 operating system template will be also introduced.
Meanwhile, the Ubuntu 18.04 is available on our KVM based servers.
