Hello,
I was surprised to see that my debian 9 storage server as well as my debian 10 linux vps has an anacron rule named os-updates
in /etc/cron.daily
which automatically updates the server every day.
Is this documented somewhere but I am missing it? It seems not to be a default debian behaviour, but maybe I am wrong here, too.
Best Ziz
Edit: I guess I chose the wrong sub forum by accident...

Hello,
by default there's a cron on our templates, that runs an update. If you do not want these updates to be performed, you can simply remove this cron.
