Is there an Ubuntu 15.10 Image?
The Ubuntu 15.04 is not longer supported-
So i want to upgrade but its not working.
I cant ovverite the Sources.list

unfortunately there isn't Ubuntu 15.10 template. Till we prepare Ubuntu 16.04 template you can consider using Ubuntu 14.04 which is still supported.
We do not recommend do to distributions updates but if you insist you should be able to edit "sources.list" at "/etc/apt/sources.list".
I have no internet for my Wine PRograms.
But i dont know why
